目的 探讨妄想、抑郁与自杀行为的关系。方法 对100例妄想性抑郁症与198例非妄想性抑郁症自杀行为进行比较分析。结果 妄想性抑郁症的自杀行为的相对危险性是非妄想性抑郁症的3.45倍。结论 妄想性抑郁症的自杀行为较非妄想性抑郁症多见。

Objective To explore the relationship between delusion.depression and suicide behavior. Method A comparative study of suicide behavior was carried out between 100 delusional depressive patients and 198 non - delusional depressive patients. Results The incidence rote of suicide behavior in delusional depression was 3. 45 times that non -delusional depression. Conclusion The suicide behavior is more common in delusional depression that non - delusional depression.
