脑出血患者治疗前后血清TT_3、TT_4、血糖、胰岛素的变化及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察脑出血患者治疗前后血清 TT3、TT4、血糖及胰岛素的变化。方法 测定 44例无甲状腺疾病及糖尿病史的脑出血患者治疗前后 TT3、TT4,血糖 ,胰岛素水平 ,以 39例健康体检中、老年人为正常对照。结果 脑出血患者治疗前与正常人相比 TT3、TT4,降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,血糖升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,胰岛素无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。治疗后与正常人相比 ,TT3、TT4、血糖、胰岛素均值接近。脑出血患者治疗后与治疗前相比 TT3、TT4升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,血糖下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,胰岛素无变化。结论 脑出血患者急性期可出现 TT3、TT4降低 ,应激性血糖升高 ,动态观察这些指标 ,可作为判断病情、估计预后的方法。 Objective To observe the changes of serum TT 3?TT 4,glucose and insulin levels before and after treatment in patierts with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sera TT 3?TT 4,glucose and insulin levels were examined in 44 cerebral hemorrhage patients without thyroid diseases and diabetes mellitus.39 healthy elder were collected as normal control group.Results Before treatment,the sera TT 3?TT 4 levels were lower than those in control group(P<0.01),while sera glucose levels were higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and sera insulin levels showed no significance(P>0.05).After treatment,sera TT 3?TT 4,glucose,insulin levels were closer to those of control group.Compared to pretreatment,sera TT 3?TT 4 increasedan increased (P<0.01),while sera glucose decreased (P<0.01),and sera insulin levels showed no change.Conclusion Stress reaction in cerebral hemorrhage patients could decrease TT 3?TT 4 levels,and increased sera glucose.Dynamically monitoring these parameters could judge and evaluate the prognosis of state of illness.
