摘要
目的 :观察突发性耳聋患者甲皱微循环改变及针刺的影响 .方法 :采用自身前后对照的方法 ,对突发性耳聋患者针刺前后甲皱微循环进行记录 .结果 :突聋患者甲皱微循环明显异常 ,针刺后患者甲皱微循环加权积分值有明显改善 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 :针刺可改善突聋患者甲皱微循环状态 ,提示针刺治疗突聋的机制可能与患者外周血液循环得到改善有关 .
AIM: To observe the effects of acupuncture on clinical symptoms and nailfold microcirculation of patients with sudden deafness. METHODS: Matched control of patients themselves was conducted and nailfold microcirculation before and after acupuncture was recorded. RESULTS: The clinical symptoms after treatment of acupuncture were ameliorated and nailfold microcirculation after acupuncture was remarkably improved ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Acupuncture can ameliorate the clinical symptoms and improve nailflod microcirculation, indicating that the mechanism of acupuncture may be related with the amelioration of the peripheral circulation.
