摘要
目的 揭示应激后大鼠胃粘膜损伤、修复的组织学动态变化。方法 采用水浸束缚应激 (WRS)方法制作动物模型 ,大体及光镜下观察胃粘膜损伤程度及组织学的变化。 结果 随应激时间延长 ,胃粘膜损伤程度逐渐加重 ,尤以应激4h为甚 ,可见胃粘膜明显充血水肿 ,广泛的点状或线状出血性坏死灶。镜下见出血性坏死灶呈火山口状 ,几乎深达粘膜肌层。解除应激后胃粘膜逐渐修复 ,于应激结束后24h见溃疡周边及底部明显充血 ,48h见溃疡灶内有新生腺体填充 ,72h基本完成修复。结论 随着应激因素的加强和解除 ,胃粘膜呈现出一种从损伤到修复的动态变化 ;
Objective To demonstrate the dynamic histological changes of gastric mucosa at injury and repair under stress condition in rats.Methods Water immersion-restraint stress(WRS)model in SD rats was performed.The extent of gastric mucosal injury was evaluated grossly and histologically.Results With the duˉration of stress prolonged,gastric mucosal injuries increased gradually and significantly,especially after4h stress,the hyperaemia and edema,scattered spot or lineal erosions,hemorrhage and ulcer were observed in gastric muˉcosa.And the crateriform ulcer extended to the muscularis mucosae was observed under light microscope.The injury was repaired gradually after the stress was removed.The mucous membrane of the basal and peripheral part of the ulcer were heavily hyperemic at24h after stress,newly formed glands presented in the ulcer at48h after stress,and the restructure of ulcer was basically finished at72h after stress.Conclusion With the stress strengthened or removed,gastric mucosa demonstrated a dynamic change from damage to restructure.The sponˉtaneous repair of stress ulcer will be completed within72h after stress stopped.
