摘要 目的:观察妊娠期女性血液中铁、叶酸及维生素B12的变化情况。方法:将200名妊娠期女性分成早、中、晚期及足月妊娠四组,分别测定其血清铁、叶酸及维生素B12的水平,与对照组妇女的血清铁、叶酸及维生素B12水平进行比较。结果:自中期妊娠开始,随着妊娠月份的增加,孕妇血清铁、叶酸、维生素B12水平明显下降,晚期妊娠为最低,足月妊娠期水平略有回升。结论:妊娠期孕妇体内铁、叶酸及维生素B12的消耗增加,应适当补充。 Objective: To investigate the condition of iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 of the blood during normal pregnancy. Methods: According to the gestational duration, the pregnant women were divided in 4 groups:group A;early pregnancy [<12 weeks], group B; mid - pregnanacy [12 - 27 weeks], group C; late pregnancy [28~ 36 weeks] and group D; full-term pregnancy [37-41 weeks], healthy women were as control group. The levels of the serum ferritin, folate and vitamin B12 were by method of radio immunoassay[RIA] technique. Results: Serum ferritin, folate and vitamin B12 proceeded to decrease significantly from mid - pregnancy. They reached the lowest point in the late pregnancy and rose ogain briefly at the full - term pregnancy. Conclusion:The authors suggest that the pregnant women must supply adequate iron, folic acid and vitamin B12.
