摘要
对于骨形成蛋白(bonemorphogeneticprotein,BMP)性的三载体材料的研究很多,主要包括无机性的、合成的多聚物、天然多聚物和三者的复合物4种,但各有不足之处,许多学者不断对其加以改进,并采用复合技术、理化方法等改善载体的性能,更有利于发挥BMP的诱骨活性。这对于进一步扩展BMP的临床应用范围,确保其安全性问题至关重要。
There are so many studies on the development of the delivery systems for BMPs. Four major categories of carrier materials are used for BMP delivery: inorganic materials, synthetic polymers, natural polymers, and composites of the first th ree materials,but there are some deficiency about them. Many researchers have b een dedicated to optimize them by combinated technology,physical and chemical m ethods et al, this would be useful for bone inductive activity. It is very impor tant to expand BMP's application and to ensure the safty in clinical.The essay will make a summarization to this.
