血小板衍生生长因子受体-β在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达

The expression of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β in keloid

目的:当前,生长因子与瘢痕形成的关系已成为整形外科研究的热点,本文探讨了血小板衍生生长因子(Platelet-derivedgrowthfactor,PDGF)在瘢痕疙瘩形成中的作用。方法:收集15例瘢痕疙瘩,瘢痕病程为0.5～2年,并取6例正常人皮肤做为对照,采用免疫组织化学技术检测了两组在PDGF受体-β(PDGFR-β)的表达。结果:15例瘢痕疙瘩皮损的PDGFR-β全部染色阳性,阳性率100%,并且在染色的强度中,(+++)8例,(++)5例,(+)2例,而6例正常人皮肤对照中仅2例有PDGFR-β的微弱表达,阳性率30%,故PDGFR-β在瘢痕疙瘩中表达的强度和阳性率都明显高于正常对照。统计学检验分析显示两组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:PDGFR-β在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达增强,提示PDGFR-β可能参与了瘢痕疙瘩的形成并起着重要的作用。

AIM:The relationship of growth factor and hyperplastic scar formation has bee n of plastic surgpry at present. To investigate the role platelet-derived growt h factor(PDGF)in the development of keloid.METHODS:To collect 15 cases keloid f or half to two years and 6 cases normal skin, to detect the expression of PDGF receptor-a(PDGF-a) in two groups by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:All of 15 keloid specimens showed increased expression of PDGFR-a,the positive rates wer e 100%,and the staining density of 8 cases were (+++),and 5 cases were (++ ),2 cases were(+).Among 6 normal skin, only 2 specimens showed weak expression of PDGFR-a,the positive rates were 33% only.The staining density was more in tersive and percentage of positive staining all in keloid lesions were greater than these of in healthy control skins. The difference between these two groups were of statistical significance(P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:The findings of increased PDGFR-a indicated that PDGF may participate in the formation of keloid and pa ly an important role.
