前房维持器旋转劈核超声乳化法临床应用效果观察

Anterior chamber maintainer and revolving nuclear chopping technique in phacoemulsification

目的 :探讨利用前房维持器 (Anterior Cham ber Maintainer,ACM)维持前房旋转劈核超声乳化法的临床应用技术和价值。方法 :在 5 0例超声乳化术中使用前房维持器维持前房 ,行旋转劈核超声乳化法吸出晶体后植入人工晶体 ,其中 级核 6例 , 级核 34例 , 级核 10例 ,观察记录分析手术过程和手术效果。结果 :术后视力第一天≥ 0 .5者 82 %,其中≥ 1.0者 2 0 %,术后 3个月裸眼视力≥ 0 .5为 90 %。术中后囊破裂两例占 4 %。平均超声乳化时间 1分 2 0秒。结论 :使用前房维持器的旋转劈核超声乳化法操作容易 ,能维持恒定前房深度及眼内压 ,减少术中术后并发症 。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the use of anterior chamber maintainer and revolving nuclear chopping technique in phacoemulsification Methods:Fifty eyes were received anterior chamber maintainer and revolving nuclear chopping technique in phacoemulsification,hardness of nuclear was grade Ⅱ in 6 eyes,grade Ⅲ in 34 eyes,grade Ⅳ in 10 eyes Results:One day after operation,the visual acuity was ≥0 5 in 41 eyes(82%),≥1 0 in 10 eyes (20%).Three months after operation,the visual acuity was ≥0 5 in 45 eyes (90%).Posterior capsular rupture appeared in 2 eyes (4%).Average time of phacoemulsification was 80s Conclusion:The use of anterior chamber maintainer and revolving nuclear chopping technique is easy and effective.It can control the depth of the anterior chamber and intraoperative intraocular pressure,reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications.This technique is worth to be popularized
