针刺手厥阴心包经穴对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤抗氧化作用的影响

Effect of Acupuncture the Points of Hand-Jueyin on SOD and MDA in Myocardial Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury

目的:观察针刺手厥阴经穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中自由基的影响。方法:电针大鼠心包经穴位20min后,结扎左冠状动脉前降支40min,心电图(ECG)监测,再电针穴位20min,松扎,恢复灌流60min,取静脉血3ml,观察血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:针刺心包经穴组SOD含量明显升高(P<0.01),MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:针刺手厥阴经穴可抑制氧自由基的产生,提高SOD活性,减少MDA的生成,降低心肌细胞在缺血再灌注损伤过程中过氧化物的程度。

Objective:To explore the effcet of acupuncture the points of Hand -Jueyin on oxygen f ree radical during the process of ischem ia and reperfusion jnjury.Method:Acupunctrue are given at the points of Hand -Jueyin for 20min,followed b y ligation of anterior descending br anch of the left coronary artery,40min later,acupuncture the points for 20min again,reperfuse for 60min,with ECG monitoring.Then,ve-nous blood was taken and the contents of SOD and MDA were observed.Result:In the acupuncture group,SOD content increased significantly(P<0.01),MDA content decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture the points of Hand -Juey in cna obviously control the production of oxygen free radical,im-prove the activity of SOD,reduce the injury degree during the process of i schemia and reperfusion injury.
