摘要
应用气相色谱法测定食品中的苯甲酸。其测定值的变异系数在 3.3%~ 6 .7%之间 ,加标回收率为 80 .6 %~ 115 .0 %之间 ,最小检出量为 1.0μg。本法灵敏度较高、选择性好、分析速度较快。
A method for separation and determination of benzoic acid in food by gas chromatography was developed . RSD's of the method was found to be 3.3%~6.7%. The sample added recoveries was found to be 80.6%~115.0%.The detection limit of the method was found to be 1.0μg. This method is simple, rapid, with high sensctivity and good selectivity.
