摘要
目的 观察经UV -C照射诱导的体外凋亡动脉中膜平滑肌细胞 (SMC)形态学变化 ,并探讨二维平面上SMC细胞面积 (CA)、核面积 (NA)及核 /胞面积比 (RA)的变化。方法 应用HE染色技术在光镜下观察凋亡SMC形态变化 ;应用图象分析技术进行形态计量学研究。结果 UV -C照射可诱导SMC发生典型凋亡形态学改变 ,凋亡细胞CA、NA、RA均显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ,不同时间段亦有明显差异。结论 在UV -C诱导体外SMC凋亡的过程中 ,细胞的皱缩可能参与了凋亡的触发机制和
Objective To observe the morphological changes of the apoptotic artery smooth muscle cells(SMCs)induced by Ultraviolet C (UV-C)and study the changes of cellular area(CA),nuclear area(NA)and the ratio of area(RA)in two-dimensional plane. Methods HE decoration method and image analysis were used to observe the morphological changes of apoptotic SMCs. Results Cultured SMCs were found to undergo apoptosis,which was characterized by morphological changes after exposure to UV-C.The CA,NA,RA were all distinctly lower than those in normal SMCs and had a significant difference with the elapse of time. Conclusion Cell shrinkage of apoptotic SMCs perhaps participates in the trigger mechanism of the apoptosis induced by UV-C and/or promote the process.
