实验性隐睾术后大鼠生精小管内精子的计量学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究热作用对大鼠睾丸生精过程影响中精子数量变化的生物学意义 ,为男性抗生育提供形态学资料。方法 人工隐睾术后 1~ 70天取出大鼠睾丸 ,Carnoy液固定 ,石蜡切片 ,PAS和HE复染 ,光镜观察 ,计数生精小管内的精子。结果 术后 1~ 70天 ,生精小管内精子的数量和对照组相比减少具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。术后 2 0~ 5 0天 ,生精小管内很少见到精子。术后 60~ 70天 ,在中央区少部分生精小管内可见少数精子。结论 隐睾术后因热作用影响生精过程 ,致精子数量减少显著。术后 2 0~ 5 0天很少见到精子 ,这是热作用与大鼠睾丸的生精细胞周期相关。术后 60~ 70天在中央区少数生精小管有生精现象 。 Objective: To study the effects of heat action on the biological significance of spermatozoon number changed in the process of spermiogenesis so as to provide morphological data for male anti-fertilization. Methods: Within one to seventy days after the artificial cryptorchism, the testes were taken out, fixed with Carnoy's solution, put into paraffin section and stained with PAS and HE; and then the spermatozona in the seminiferous tubule were observed and counted under light microscope. Results: In one to seventy days after the operation, spermatozoon number decreased obviously compared with that of the rats in the control group(P<0.01). In twenty to twenty five days after the operation, few spermatozona could be seen, and in 60 ~ 70 days after the operation, a very small number of the spermatozona could be seen in a small number of seminiferous tubules of the central area. Conclusion: Heat action has an effect on the process of spermatogenesis, thus the number of spermatozona decreases obviously. In twenty to fifty days after the operation, a smallnumber of spermatozona could be seen. That is because heat action is interrelated with the cycle of the spermatogenesis.In six to seventy days after the operation, the phenomenon of the very small number of spermatozona observed in a small number of seminiferous tubules of the central area remains to be further probed into.
