Immunodtherapy of rhinallergosis

目的 探讨变应性鼻炎的非特异性免疫治疗疗效。方法 对 2 87例变应性鼻炎患者分别予TF双下甲粘膜下注射、PF双下甲粘膜下注射、TD口服。结果 三种疗法近期疗效很相似 ,远期疗效TF、PF优于TD ,TF、PF治疗前后免疫指标发生变化。结论 变应性鼻炎非特异性免疫治疗疗效确切 ,TF。

Objective: To investigate the effect of nonspecific immunodtherapy on rhinallergosis. Methods: Injected TF(transfer factor) and PF(placental factor) under the mucosa of inferior nosal cocha, orally administrated TD(terfenadine) were given in 287 cases of rhinallergosis. Results: The short term effect was similar in these therapies, but the long term effects of TF and PF was superior to that of TD, and the immune marker changed after TF and PF treatments. Conclusion: The effect of nonspecific immunodtherapy on rhinallergosis is evident. TF and PF were definitely the stabilized immunomodulator to rhinallergosis.
