小方坯定径包连续稳态化生产技术的应用

摘要 对影响小方坯定径包连续稳态化生产的原因进行分析,通过设计应用高性能定径水口锆芯、定径上水口与快换滑块改型设计、定径水口快速对中安装技术、中包线下三级火焰烘烤脱模工艺及开浇炉次铸坯质量稳态控制等工艺措施,提高了小方坯定径包的使用寿命,实现定径包长周期连续稳态浇注,单包平均连拉周期在70 h以上,降低生产成本,提高了钢水回收率,保障了生产稳定顺行。 The reasons affecting the continuous and stable production of sizing ladle for small billets were analyzed,and through the design and application of high-performance zirconium core in sizing nozzle,the modification design of sizing upper nozzle and quick exchanging slider,the fast centering and installing technique for sizing nozzle,the offline triple flame baking and stripping process for tundish and the steady-state control technique for the billet quality of starting furnaces and so on,the service life of small billet sizing ladle was increased,and the long-period continuous steady-state casting of sizing ladle was realized,with the average cycle of single ladle above 70 h,and thus,the production cost was reduced,the recovery rate of molten steel was improved,and the stable production was guaranteed.
