摘要 通过棒材表面酸洗、氮氧分析、扫描电镜能谱仪和金相显微镜等手段,对特钢新区所生产27CrMoNbTi热轧管坯钢的表面裂纹进行观察、检验,分析了棒材在生产过程中产生表面裂纹的原因,并采取了相应措施。 through a series of measures of surface pickling,oxygen and nitrogen analysis,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and metallographic microscope,the observation and testing on the surface cracks of hot-rolled tube bloom steel 27 Cr Mo Nb Ti produced in the new area of special steel plant was carried out,the reasons leading to the surface cracks generated in the production process of bars were analyzed,and the corresponding measures were taken.
