140t铸造起重机主起升改造

摘要 通过对140 t铸造桥式起重机主起升同步联轴器结合面螺栓频繁松动剪断、主卷筒支撑短轴联接部位开焊等的分析,实施主起升部件重新布局,通过采用带有棘轮棘爪机构的主起升减速机,采用主起升速度闭环控制系统等措施,大幅提升140 t铸造起重机安全保障水平。 Through analyzing the frequent loosing and cutting-off of bolt at the joint surface of main lifting synchronous coupling of 140 t casting bridge crane,the main lifting parts were re-layout,and by using the main lifting reducer with ratchet mechanism and taking the closed-loop control system for main lifting speed,the safety level of 140 t casting bridge crane was significantly enhanced.
