摘要
对莱钢3200m^3高炉低燃料比冶炼实践进行了总结。通过优化操作,细化高炉管理,采取提高煤气利用率的措施,推进低硅冶炼,高炉实现了长期稳定顺行。2012年在年平均矿比1.713 t/t的原燃料条件下,平均燃料比降至513 kg/t。
The smelting practice with low fuel ratio of 3200m^3 blast furnace in Laiwu Steel was summarized. Through optimizing the operation,refining the management of blast furnace,taking the measures to improve the utilization ratio of gas,promoting the low silicon smelting,the long-term stable running of blast furnace was achieved. In 2012,under the original fuel condition with the annual average fuel ratio of 1. 713 t / t,the average fuel ratio wad reduced to 513 kg / t.
