摘要
针对莱钢铁水预处理→顶底复吹转炉→LF精炼→RH真空炉→板坯连铸生产管线钢工艺,采取系统取样,综合分析等方法,对LF处理前后,RH处理前后,中间包和铸坯中的T[O]、[N]含量和大型夹杂物进行系统研究。研究表明,铸坯中T[O]为15×10-6,[N]含量为58×10-6,稳态浇铸时,铸坯中夹杂物数量为2.23个/mm2,各项指标均达到很高的洁净度水平。
For the production process of pipeline steels iron prepreocessing,top and bottom combined blowing converter,LF refining,RH vacuum furnace,slab continuous casting by taking systematic sampling,comprehensive analysis the systematic study on T[O]、[N]and large inclusions. The study showed that,T[O] in slabs was 15 × 10-6,[N]was 58 × 10-6,and the quantity of inclusions in slabs within steady casting state was 2.23/mm2,the indicators had reached a high level of purity.
