摘要
利用Minitab工具对发电机蒸汽成本影响因素进行分析,发现蒸汽温度及循环水量控制较差,通过提高蒸汽温度控制精度,循环水按需定量调节措施,年降发电成本400余万元。
By using tool Minitab,the factors influencing the steam cost of generator were analyzed,and it was found that,the steam temperature and circulating water control were poorer,and through improving the control precision of steam temperature and adjusting the circulating water by the way of on-demand quantitative distribution,the electricity cost of 4 million yuan was reduced per annum.
