The " One-ladle through" process of Xinjiang branch company was introduced in the paper,the reasons for slay sticking of hot metal ladle were analyzed,and the influence of " One-ladle through " process on production was summarized. Aiming at the existing problems,the technical improvemant and innovation was carried out,relieving the problem of hot metal sticking and ensuring the normal operation of production.
