Research and Development of Bottom Blowing Argon Automation for H Section Steel Ladle

炼钢厂通过引进自动吹氩设备,开发了新的精准自动吹氩模式,并对吹氩软件进行完善改进,实现了氩气流量的精确、稳定控制,提高了H型钢的铸坯质量,降低了能源消耗,提高了包衬寿命。

In the steelmaking plant of Laiwu Steel,by introducing the automatic argon blowing equipment,a new precision automatic argon blowing mode was developed,and through improving the argon blowing software,the accurate and stable control of argon flow was realized,and so the slab quality of Hbeam was improved,the energy consumption was reduced,and the working life of ladle lining was enhanced.
