摘要
为优化冷轧产品结构,莱钢通过RH真空精炼、'三低一高'热连轧温度控制制度、大压下率冷轧和高温罩式退火等工艺,成功开发了C含量<0.003%、屈服强度小于150MPa、抗拉强度大于280MPa、延伸率大于41%、r值大于1.75、n值大于0.22的DDQ级冷轧深冲钢,产品性能稳定,用户使用情况良好。
In order to optimize the structure of cold-rolled products,through RH vacuum refining, " three low and one high" temperature control system in hot continuous rolling process,cold rolling with large reduction rate and batch annealing at high temperature,DDQ cold-rolled deep drawing steel was successfully developed,with C content less than 0. 003%,yield strength less than 150 MPa,tensile strength greater than 280 MPa,elongation more than 41%,r value greater than 1. 75,n value greater than 0. 22,and the using of users was in good condition.
