摘要
目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1(AT1)阻断剂氯沙坦(Losartan)对2型糖尿病伴高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平的影响,以及对尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)和肾功能(Bun、Scr)、血钾、血压的影响。方法:随机挑选2型糖尿病伴高尿酸血症患者52例,采用自身对照法,观察治疗前和每日口服氯沙坦50mg 4周及8周后的血尿酸、尿ACR、Bun、Scr、血钾、血压水平的变化。结果:服用氯沙坦4周和8周时,患者血尿酸水平明显下降,Bun、Scr、血压和尿ACR有所下降,血钾浓度没有明显改变。4周和8周时比较,血尿酸、Bun、Scr、血压和尿ACR有所下降。结论:2型糖尿病伴高尿酸血症患者口服氯沙坦后能有效地降低血尿酸水平,控制血压,改善肾脏功能,减少尿白蛋白的排泄率,而且对血钾无明显影响。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor 1 (AT1) blocker Losartan to blood uric acid (BUA) ., urinary albumin excretion, blood urea nitrogen( Bun) , serum creatinine (Scr)、blood potassium-.blood pressure (SBP DBF) in patients of type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia . Methods: All 52 patients of type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia recepted losartan 50 mg per day for 4 and 8 weeks.The change of levels of BUA, Bun, Scr, SBP, DBP, blood potassium and the excretion of urinary albumin was observed. Results: By the end of 4 weeks and 8 weeks the level of BUA was significantly decreased,and the levels of Bun,Scr,SBP, DBF, urinary albumin excretion were decressed too, and blood potassium had no significant variation. Conclusion: Losartan can reduce the levels of BUA, Bun, Scr, SBP, DBP, urinary albumin excretion efficiently in patient of type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia, and have no significant influence to blood potassium .
