摘要
当前,河南省正处于产业结构转型升级的关键期。国内外理论研究和实践经验表明,金融对于产业结构转型升级具有积极的推动作用。针对河南省金融支持产业结构转型升级过程中存在的问题,从正确发挥政策性金融的作用、提高信贷资金使用效率、发展多层次资本市场、加大金融创新力度等方面提出对策建议。
Henan Province is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure at present.The study both at home and abroad shows that finance has a positive effect on promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Aimed at the problems arising in the process of financial support for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Henan Province,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the following aspects:playing a proper function of policy -oriented finance, improving the efficiency of credit using,developing a multi -level capital market,strengthening dynamics of financial innovation.
