生态文明是人类为保护和建设美好生态环境而取得的物质成果、精神成果和制度成果的总和,是贯穿于经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设全过程和各方面的系统工程,反映了一个社会的文明进步状态。在生态文明视野下构建人与自然的和谐关系,需要在尊重生态规律的基础上发挥人的主观能动性。而基于人类理性的人的环境行为的边界是法律,法律必须是符合生态文明要求的理性总结。人的环境行为和规制环境行为的法律必须统一到生态文明的视野之下。

Ecological civilization is the multi -achievements of material achievements the spiritual achievement and system achievement in protecting and building a beautiful ecological environment.It is also a system engineering covering economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction process and various aspects,which reflects the civilization and progress of a society.To construct a harmonious relationship between man and nature in the view of ecological civilization,and fulfill the subjective initiative based on respect for the ecology laws.The environmental behavior base line is the law which must be consistent with the rational requirement of ecological civilization.The law of People 's environmental behavior and regulation behavior must be unified into the view of ecological civilization.
