38CrMoAl steel production practice with BOF→LF→VD→CC process

摘要 采用BOF→LF→VD→CC流程生产38CrMoAl钢可降低能耗,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。若调整铝含量的方法不当,则会导致反应产物Al2O3沉积于水口,引起连铸过程絮流,甚至浇次中断。通过介绍石钢京诚装备技术有限公司BOF→LF→VD→CC流程生产38CrMoAl钢的实践情况,对此流程控制要点进行了分析。 The production of 38 CrMoAl steel by BOF → LF → VD → CC process can reduce energy consumption,increase production efficiency and reduce production cost. If the method of adjusting aluminum content is improper,the reaction product Al2O3 will be deposited in the nozzle,causing flocculation and even interruption of continuous casting. The practice of BOF→LF→VD→CC process on38 CrMoAl steel production in Shigang Jingcheng Equipment Development and Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. was introduced and the key points of process control were analyzed.
