转炉冶炼ER50-6焊丝钢的控氮工艺技术研究与实践 被引量:2

Research and practice of nitrogen control technology for converter smelting ER50-6 welding wire steel

摘要 简要介绍了本钢集团北营炼钢厂降低气保焊丝钢ER50-6中氮含量的一些方案,包括:在转炉生产环节,选择不同的复吹氩气模式并严格控制氧含量;在LF精炼环节,确保炉内微正压力;在连铸环节,合理控制保护浇铸密封性。通过这些方案,最终使得ER50-6钢氮质量分数从0.007 0%降低到0.004 0%,实现了低氮控制,并避免了在拉拔过程中由于氮对强度的增加导致的断丝。 Some projects were taken by Beiying Steelmaking Plant to reduce nitrogen content of gas shielded wire steel ER50-6.These projects included selecting different argon blowing modes and strictly controlling oxygen content in steel in converter production process,ensuring slight positive pressure in the furnace in LF production process,reasonably controlling the sealing property of the protective casting in the continuous casting production process.Through these projects,the nitrogen mass fraction of ER50-6 welding wire steel finally reduced from 0.007 0%to 0.004 0%,realizing low-nitrogen control and avoiding wire breakage due to the increase of strength caused by nitrogen content during drawing process.
