摘要 进行了LF精炼终渣用于半钢预脱磷的可行性分析及试验研究,试验结果表明LF精炼终渣能够用于半钢预脱磷,且配加适量白云石后,脱磷效果良好,最小脱磷率为61.31%,最大脱磷率为71.76%,平均脱磷率为65.03%。与对比试验的最大脱磷率55.36%相比,脱磷率分别提高10.75%、29.62%、17.47%;试验的最佳工艺参数为枪位1 700 mm,供氧流量18 500 m^3/h,供氧时间360 s,精炼终渣加入量2.0 t,白云石加入量为1.0 t,底吹气体流量300~400 m^3/h。 The feasibility and experimental research on predephosphorization of semi-steel with LF refining final slag were carried out.The experimental results showed that LF refining final slag could be used for predephosphorization of semi-steel,and the dephosphorization effect was good after adding appropriate amount of dolomite.The minimum,maximum,and average dephosphorization rates were 61.31%,71.76%,and 65.03%,respectively,which were higher than that of the contrast test with 55.36%dephosphorization rate by 10.75%,29.62%and 17.47%,respectively.The optimum process parameters in this work were top lance height 1 700 mm,oxygen flow rate 18 500 m^3/h,oxygen blowing time 360 s,LF refining final slag addition 2.0 t,dolomite addition 1.0 t,and bottom blowing gas flow rate 300-400 m^3/h.
