经瞳孔温热疗法治疗脉络膜新生血管

Transpupillary thermotherapy for the treatment of choroidal neovascularisation

目的 :研究经瞳孔温热疗法对脉络膜新生血管的治疗作用。方法 :临床确诊为老年黄斑变性患者9人(10眼 ) ,术前视力0 01～0.8 ,采用红外810nm激光 ,治疗参数 :光斑直径0 5～3.0mm ,功率130～300mw ,时间60～90s,治疗次数3～7次 ,随访3～9个月。结果 :目前视力0 03～1.0,视力提高2行以上3眼 ,不变7眼 ,观察期间视力无下降。结论 :该疗法患者依从性好 ,经济 ,安全有效 ,但仍需要大样本和长期观察。

Objective:To assess the effectiveness of transpupillary thermotherapy for the treatment of choroidal neovascularisation(cnv).Methods:10eyes of9patients with CNV secˉondary to age related macular degeneration were studied,10eyes with angiographically defined CNV were treated by diode laser(810nm),laser beam sized ranged between0.5and3.0mm,power setting between130～300mw,time setting between60～90seconds.Results:follow up was ranged at every2weeks with visual acuity and fundus exam,follow up period was3～9months.Vision improved(>2lines)in3/10eyes,stabilized(0to+/-1line)7/10,no patients had post_treatment haemorrhage and uncomfortable.Conclusion:Transpupillary thermotherapy is a new treatment for CNV,optical coherence tomography which demonstrated resolution of the membranes.Prospective,randomized controlled trials will further clarify the role of Transpupilˉlary thermotherapy.
