该文介绍了一台35t/h锅炉投运初期结焦严重的情况,并从燃煤灰分的熔融特性、锅炉结构、烟气性质、负荷波动和运行操作等方面分析产生结焦的原因,提出了加强燃煤灰分监督,改进锅炉结构,避免负荷波动和加强运行操作调整等几项预防结焦的措施。
The paper describes a 35 t/h boiler, which was seriously affected by coking in the first stage of commissioning, discusses the cocking process from the point of view of ash fusion characteristics, boiler construction, flue gas properties, output oscillation and operational manipulation and stresses the importance of checking the cool ash content, of improving boiler construction, of avoiding output oscillations and of upgrading operational handing as anticoking measures.
