三峡左岸电站封闭母线绝缘子装配结构方案探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对国产封闭母线绝缘子装配大都采用由蘑菇头式金具和非法兰式底座等零部件组成的正Y(或倒Y)形式的三支持结构存在绝缘子容易发生歪斜,底座上的螺孔容易产生不可修复的损坏等致命缺陷,建议采用由Y形金具和法兰式底座等零部件组成的新型四支持结构,可以克服这些缺陷,提高封闭母线运行的可靠性。 In view of the application of mushroom type terminal construction with flangeless seats to form positive Y(or invert Y) structures with triple supports for the assemblage structure in most of the domestically manufactured isolated phase busducts, which have exhibited fatal shortcomings, such like liability to insulator slanting and screwed hole damaging, a new metallic Y shaped structure with flanged seat is being suggested to make a new quadrangular supported type of construction which may overcome these shortcomings and raise the reliability of isolated phase busducts.
