摘要
改变了传统的平面型固体电解质CO2传感器结构,采用管式结构的Al2O3为衬底,以溶胶-凝胶法合成的NASICON(Na快离子导体)材料为导电介质,制备出了新型小型空心管式传感器。与平面型传感器相比,管式结构具有加热效果好、功耗低、体积小等优点。重点考察了传感器的灵敏度、响应恢复、稳定性等传感器的静态特性。
?The structure of conventional planartype solidelectrolyte CO2 sensor was reformed.And a new small hollow pipetype sensor was fabricated,which was based on NASICON (Na superionic conductor) material synthesized by solgel process by using pipetype Al2O3 as substrate.Compared with the planartype device,the pipetype sensor possessed extra merit such as better heating efficiency,lower power consumption and more miniature framework.Some static characteristics of CO2 sensor including sensitivity,response and recovery time and stability were investigated in emphasis.
