摘要
在实验室条件下研究了多孔凝渣材料的合成 ,结果表明 :反应物适宜的初渣温度小于170 3K,经调整反应物组成和配比 ,获得的凝渣多孔层的气孔率小于 60 % ,导热系数大于 0 .9W/ ( m· K) ,有效地降低了高炉渣的导热系数 ( 2 .7W/ ( m· K) ) 。
The synthetic methods of some porous agglomerating slag materials were researched under laboratory condition.The test results show that the suitable temperature of raw slag is less 1703K.This temperature range can be achieved by adjusting composition and formula ratio of reactant.Then,the air pore rate of agglorating slag obtained is less 60%,and the heat transfer coefficient is more than 0.9W/(m·K).Thus,the heat transfer coefficient of raw slag is effectively decreased.The new process can provide a direction for exploiting porous materials in industry.
