摘要 研究了水下冲击波的生物效应。研究结果表明:水下冲击伤死亡率高,肺仍然是水下冲击波致伤和致死的主要靶器官,肠道损伤的发生率较高,而肝、脾、肾等脏器和体表很少发生损伤;初步的量效关系分析表明,引起轻度、中度、重度和极重度冲击伤的冲量值分别为121.1~142.0、142.0~214.3、247.8~322.6和322.6~579.8kPa·ms。 The bio-effects of underwater blast waves is studied. The experimental results show a high mortality rate in tested animals. The lung is still the main target organ inflicted injury and death, as shocked by underwater blast waves. There is also a higher incidence of intestinal injuries, however the parenchymal organs such liver, spleen, kidney and others were less injured. The analysis based on the dose-effect relationship indicates that the impulse doses to induce mild, moderate, severe and extremely severe blast injuries are 121.1-142.0, 142.0.-214.3, 247.8-322.6 and 322.6-579.8 kPa&middotms respectively. The above results are significant for the early treatments and prevention of underwater blast injuries.
