The rapid development of modern sciences and technologies has brought new opportunities and challenges to all disciplines.As the product of the integration of multi discipline,Biomedical Engineering is endowed with new intension which makes the discipline worthy of re-cognized.Some analyses of the classification and characteristic of Biomedical Engineering were made for further discussion.
