Design of extended body for fieldoperation vehicle

野战手术车通过对车厢形式、车厢扩展形式、扩展机构等设计,使整车满足铁路限高运输要求,车厢为板块式两侧对称扩展车厢,结构简单,扩展顶板小角顶结构,提高了扩展车厢的内部高度,加强固定车厢及扩展顶板刚强度。扩展机构、电动卷绳器设计,优化出最佳拉绳点,导绳器、同步压绳机构等结构,为顶板、底板安全、可靠地展收提供了结构保障。

In this paper,a new type of extended compartment is designed,which can meet the need of the height limitation of the whole vehicle for railway transportation.The compartment is extended symmetrically with board style,simplified structure,cornual structure of the extended top board,which increases the inner height of the extended compartment and strengthens the rigidity and intensity of the fixed compartment and extended top board.With the design of extended device,the design of electrical rope roller,the optimization of best pulling point,rope guide,synchronous rope pressing device and etc,it make the whole structure more reliable for the extending and folding of the top board and bottom board.
