摘要 煤样品在硝酸-氢氟酸(2+1)混合液中经高压密闭消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定样品溶液中17种金属元素(钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、硒、钼、锑、钡、铅、钪、镧、铈、铌、钍)的含量。采用内标法消除基体的影响。方法的检出限(3S/N)在12~63μg·kg-1之间。使用CLB-1煤标准物质进行验证,测定值与认定值基本吻合,相对标准偏差(n=6)低于5%,加标回收率在92.0%~110%之间。 The coal samples were treated with a mixture of HNO3-HF(2+1)by high-pressure closed digestion,and the amounts of 17 metal elements(i.e.V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Se,Mo,Sb,Ba,Pb,Sc,La,Ce,Nd and Th)were determined by ICP-MS.The matrix interference was eliminated by internal standard method.The detection limits(3S/N)were in the range of 12-63μg·kg-1.The proposed method was validated using coal standard reference material CLB-1.The results were consistent with the certified values,RSD(n=6)were less than5% with recovery in the range of 92.0%-110%.
