摘要
采用双硫腙/多壁碳纳米管修饰电极差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定猪肝和猪肾中镉(Ⅱ)的含量。优化的试验条件如下:1 0.1mol·L-1乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(底液)的pH为6.0;2双硫腙的用量为3μL;3多壁碳纳米管的用量为10μL;4沉积时间为300s;5沉积电位为-1.2V;6平衡时间为40s。镉(Ⅱ)在一定的浓度范围内与其峰电流呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为1.0×10-9 mol·L-1。方法应用于猪肝和猪肾样品的分析,测定值与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定值相符,方法的回收率在94.0%~108%之间。
Differential pulse stripping voltammetry was applied to the determination of cadmium(Ⅱ)in liver and kidney using dithizone/multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified electrode.The optimized conditions were as follows:1 pH of 0.1mol·L-1 HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution(base solution):6.0;2amount of dithizone:3μL;3 amount of multi-walled carbon nanotubes:10μL;4 time of deposition:300s;5 potential of deposition:-1.2V;6time of equilibration:40s.The linear relationship between the peak currents and the concentration of cadmium(Ⅱ)was kept in definite ranges,with detection limit of 1.0×10-9 mol·L-1.The proposed method was used for the measurement of liver and kidney samples,giving results in consistency with the values obtained by GFAAS with recovery rates in the range of 94.0%-108%.
