摘要
以27.12MHz的自激式全固态射频源为研究对象,选取不同含量的乙醇、二甲苯和煤油为有机介质,用配备该射频源的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪考察有机介质中Al、Ba、Ce、Cu、La、Pb、Tm、Y、Zn等金属元素的信号强度、短期稳定性等参数,研究有机介质下射频源的匹配特性。结果表明,方法能够实现乙醇、50%(体积分数)二甲苯溶液和20%(体积分数)煤油溶液作溶剂时的直接进样,表明该射频源在上述有机介质中匹配良好,可使等离子体稳定不淬灭。
The 27.12 MHz self-excited all-solid-state RF source was selected as the research object,and the matching characteristics of RF source in the different of organic solvent matrix(ethanol,xylene and kerosene)were investigated.The signal intensity and short-term stability of Al,Ba,Ce,Cu,La,Pb,Tm,Y and Zn in these matrix were determined by ICP-MS with this RF source.As shown by the results,the method could achieve direct injection of ethanol,50%(φ)xylene solution and 20%(φ)kerosene solution as solvent,indicating that the RF source matched well in the above organic solvent media and can stabilize the plasma without quenching.
