摘要
通过对GB/T 228.1-2010中的应变控制、频率带宽、采样频率、柔度等进行探讨,对三思纵横制造的试验机进行了产品技术定位。得出了应变控制有段时间很难达到应变速率误差在±20%之内,采样频率并不总是越快越好以及试验机质量的提高需要相关行业的支持等结论。
Through discussing on the strain control,frequency bandwidth,sampling frequency and compliance in GB/T 228.1-2010,product technology positioning was done to the tensile testing machine manufactured by SUNS.Conclusions such as it is difficult to control the strain rate within±20%error range during aperiod of time when using strain control,the sampling frequency is not always the sooner the better,and better quality testing machine needs the support of related industries were obtained.
