摘要
探讨了不同拉伸试验方法对拉伸试验速率的规定,指出了GB/T 228.1-2010中规定的拉伸试验速率在使用过程中存在的问题,实际试验过程中应变速率eLe控制的试验和考虑试验系统柔度下平行长度估计的应变速率eLc控制的试验其实际操作可行性都较差。通过对多套试验系统柔度的测试及试验过程中应变速率变化的分析,证明了在钢铁材料拉伸试验中,用应变速率控制和用不考虑试验系统柔度的横梁位移速率控制测得的屈服性能可以达到同等不确定度效果。
The rules of tensile testing rates of different test methods were discussed,and the present problems in application of GB/T 228.1-2010were pointed out.During the tensile test,the maneuverability both of controlling the strain rate,eLe,and controlling the estimated strain rate over the parallel length when the test system compliance was considered,eLcwas worse.By measuring the compliance of many test systems and analyzing the strain rates during the tensile test,it was proved that the equal uncertainty of yield properties could be obtained by controlling the strain rate and the crosshead separation rate when the test system compliance was unconsidered.
