介绍了全闭环控制试验机的控制方式模型,分析了GB/T 228.1-2010中方法 A和方法B在试验机上控制模式的实现;介绍了方法 A和方法B在加载过程中进行控制通道切换时应注意的关键点;简述了试验加载速率的设置范围和试验机速率控制精度的关系。
The control model of closed-loop controlled testing machines was described and the realization of the control modes of method A and method B in GB/T 228.1-2010on the test machine was analyzed.The key points should be paid attention to were introduced when changing the control channel during the loading process for method A and method B.Relationship between the setting range of loading rate and the speed control accuracy of testing machine was expounded.
