聚合物水泥复合防腐材料的物理性能 被引量:2

Physical Properties of Polymer/Cement Composite Anticorrosion Materials

摘要 对两种不同硅酸盐水泥分别与丙烯酸酯乳液共同固化形成的复合防腐材料层进行了附着力、耐冲击性、柔韧性和线膨胀系数等物理性能对比试验,研究分析了其性能差异,探索了聚/灰比对复合防腐材料物理性能的影响规律。结果表明:在硅酸盐水泥中加入聚合物乳液共同固化得到的复合材料较之水泥单独水化得到的固化产物,在粘附性、耐冲击性和柔韧性等方面均有了显著的提高,特别是当聚/灰比R】0.3时,聚合物乳液对复合材料性能的改善更加明显;在相同聚/灰比条件下,NE-1硅酸盐水泥/聚合物复合材料相比P·O 52.5硅酸盐水泥/聚合物复合材料的性能更为优异;当R】0.5时,聚合物水泥复合材料的性能不再随丙烯酸酯乳液用量的增加有较为明显的提高,因此建议聚/灰比的适宜范围为0.3~0.5。 The physical properties of two kinds of composite anticorrosion materials formed by mixing and solidifying with Portland cement and acrylic emulsion were studied including adhesive force,impact resistance, flexibility and linear coefficient of expansion.The different properties were compared and the effects of ratio of polymer to cement(R)on physiacl properties were investigated.The results indicate that the adhesion,impact resistance and flexibility of the composite materials formed by adding acrylic emulsion into Portland cement to co-solidify had been obviously improved compared with that of the bare Portland cement.Especially,the effect of acrylic emulsion on properties of composite materials exhibited more outstanding when the Rvalue was more than 0.3.Under the same R value,the composite material formed with NE-1 Portland cement exhibited better performance than that prepared with P·O 52.5Portland cement.When the Rvalue was more than 0.5,properties of the composite materials were not significantly improved with the increase of acrylic emulsion.So,the optimal ratios range of polymer to cement was 0.3-0.5.
