铸态双相不锈钢彩色金相异常组织分析 被引量:4

Analysis on Abnormal Structure in Color Metallography of As-cast Duplex Stainless Steel

摘要 采用金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析、透射电镜分析以及显微硬度测试等方法研究了铸态2507双相不锈钢中各相的形貌和特征。结果表明:采用彩色金相侵蚀剂(1g偏重亚硫酸钠+10mL浓盐酸+50mL水)侵蚀后,彩色金相组织中的土黄色相为奥氏体相,黄绿色相为铁素体相,斑马纹状组织为(σ+γ2)共析组织。 The phase morphology and characteristics of as-cast 2507duplex stainless steel were studied by using optical microscopy,scanning electronic microscopy,energy spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometer,transmission electronic microscopy and micro-hardness tester.The results show that after erosion by the color metallographic erosion agent(1g Na2S2O5+10mL HCl+ 50mL H2O),the khaki phase of the steel was austenite phase,the yellow-green phase was ferrite phase,and the zebra grain structure was(σ+γ2)eutectid structure.
