微量硼对碳素结构钢力学性能的影响

摘要 为了解硼元素对碳素结构钢力学性能的影响,通过对硼微合金化热轧H型钢与普通碳素热轧H型钢的化学成分、力学性能的统计分析,研究了硼元素对碳素热轧H型钢性能及组织的影响,总结了不同硼元素含量对产品韧性的影响。结果表明:微量硼元素的加入,防止了磷、硫的偏析,抑制了晶界脆化,从而大大改善了热轧H型钢产品的韧性。 In order to acquire the influence of boron on mechanical properties of carbon structural steels,through counting and analyzing chemical composition and mechanical properties of boron micro-alloyed hot-rolled Hbeam and ordinary carbon structural steels H-beam,the influence of boron on properties and structure of hot-rolled H-beam was studied,and the influence of different composition of boron on the toughness of production was sum up.The resulted showed that the trace boron prevented the aliquation of element P and S,restrained embrittlement of the grain boundary,thus greatly improved the toughness of hot-rolled H-beam production.
