摘要
选取聚乙烯管材料粒料为样本,先对其进行大小粒子的筛选,然后按照CNAS-GL03规定的方法进行样品均匀性、稳定性的检验,采用多次测试数据进行定值,按照GB 3359-1982规定方法中的要求给出了单次测定的统计允许区间。结果表明:聚乙烯管材料表观黏度实验室内部质控样的标称值为(2 140.13±41.84)Pa·s。
The pellets of polyethylene pipe material were selected as samples,then the particle size was screened.In accordance with the method in CNAS-GL03,the homogeneity and stability of samples were tested,and the testing data was fixed.According to the requirements of the method in GB 3359-1982,the statistical tolerance interval of a single measurement was given.The results showed that the nominal viscosity values of polyethylene pipe material for internal quality control sample in laboratory were(2 140.13±41.84)Pa·s.
