摘要
基于对GB/T 228金属材料室温拉伸试验方法的深入分析,并结合笔者多年从事金属材料力学性能测试的实际工作经验,对我国标准的编制提出了三点合理化建议。指出了GB/T228.1-2010中方法 A与方法B关于拉伸速率的规定不一致的问题。同时建议对拉伸试验的测量不确定度评定方法进行修订,以增强其可操作性。最后建议对有色金属拉伸试验开展进一步深入研究,在标准再次修订时增加针对有色金属拉伸试验速率的规定。
Based on the in-depth analysis on GB/T 228standard for tensile testing methods of metallic materials at ambient temperature and combined with many years actual work experience in metal materials mechanics performance testing of the author,three reasonable suggestions on standard development in China had been proposed.The inconsistency between method A and method B regarding tensile rate in GB/T 228.1-2010had been pointed out.At the same time,it was recommended to modify the measurement uncertainty evaluation method of the tensile test,so that it could improve its operability.Finally,further research should be done to make a scientific definition on the strain rate for non-ferrous materials in the future revised standard.
