一种拍摄DWTT试样断口剪切面积测量用照片的方法

摘要 针对落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)试样断口形貌特征,采用合适的照明和借助配有60mm微距镜头的普通数码照相机,通过对断口照片垂直景深和三维尺寸变形情况等进行分析,得出了一种获取三维尺寸变形小且图像清晰的DWTT试样断口数码照片拍摄方法。采用该方法摄取的照片,可使定量法能够更精确地测量DWTT试样断口剪切面积。 According to fracture characteristics of DWTT specimens,a common digital camera with 60mm macro lens was chosen to take pictures of specimen fracture under a suitable illumination condition.And a method was found to take high-quality pictures with high definition and little three-dimensional deformation,by analyzing vertical depth and three-dimensional deformation of these pictures properly.This method could be used to quantitatively measure the percent shear area of DWTT specimen fracture accurately.
