摘要
介绍了洛氏硬度Nadcap审核中对洛氏硬度设备、试样制备以及硬度计校准等的要求。初步总结了在Nadcap审核中经常出现的不符合项及产生原因,并提出了相应的预防措施,以期为准备Nadcap洛氏硬度审核的企业提供参考,提升国内航空航天产品的质量,促进国际转包生产的发展。
The requirements for Rockwell hardness test equipments,specimen preparation and hardness tester calibration during Nadcap audit of Rockwell hardness were introduced.The common non-conformances,their forming reasons and relevant preventive measures during Nadcap audit were summarized in order to provide reference for some enterprises seeking Nadcap accreditation,upgrade the domestic aerospace products quality and promote the development of international subcontracting production.
