摘要
ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo不锈钢经不同热处理工艺处理后,对其进行了拉伸试验、夏比(V型缺口)零度冲击吸收能量试验、韧脆转变温度检测,分析了零度冲击吸收能量同其他力学性能指标的相关性。结果表明:并不是零度冲击吸收能量越高越好,当零度冲击吸收能量高于149.1J后,随着冲击吸收能量增高,强度、硬度会降低,甚至达不到该材料的指标要求,只有零度冲击吸收能量控制在适当的范围内,该材料才具有较好的强韧性。
After different heat treatment process of ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel,the tensile strength,Charpy(V-notch)zero impact absorbing energy and ductile transition temperature were detected,and the correlation of zero impact absorbing energy with other mechanical performance index was analyzed.The results showed that it did not mean that the zero impact absorbing energy was the higher the better.When the zero impact absorbing energy was higher than 149.1J,with high impact energy absorption,the strength and hardness would reduce,even did not meet the requirements of the material indicators,only the zero impact absorbing energy was controled in appropriate range,the material had good strength and toughness.
